Rasmussen Funeral Home of Burley was established in 2000 with the construction of a new state-of-the-art facility. It was the desire of Jeff and Amy Rasmussen to once again have a family-owned funeral home in the Mini-Cassia area. In 2010, the Rasmussens added to their establishment a new formal chapel that will comfortably accommodate 250 individuals.
Funeral Service
A "Traditional Service" generally refers to a service held at the funeral home or at a church. The family will select which setting best fits their needs. For a smaller more intimate setting, one might choose the funeral home.
Graveside Service
Some families will choose to have a simple graveside service. Since the service is held outdoors, most people will be standing during the service.
Direct Burial
Please note that there is no requirement for a service or visitation to be held prior to burial. If this manner of disposition is desired, a direct burial would be arranged.
