Our service to families reaches as far back as 1932, when Jack Barr worked for his aunt and uncle at the former Clements Funeral Home in Fort Madison. In 1958, Jack and Lila Barr (now both deceased), together with their son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Charlotte Barr (now both retired) built and established the Barr Memorial Chapel in Fort Madison.
