Sunset Memorial Park opened in 1963 with 80 acres dedicated for cemetery property. There are 12 fully developed burial gardens – two of which are designated as veterans gardens to honor the men and women who have served our country. We also feature an urn garden and a cremation niche wall to serve those who choose cremation. In 1976, the chapel was built in memory of Harold K. MacCorkle and then donated to the cemetery by his family.
