Schuyler is a city in Colfax County, Nebraska County, Nebraska, United States. The city (as well as the county) is named after former Vice President of the United States, Schuyler Colfax.

The Oak Ballroom, completed by the Works Progress Administration in 1937 and now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built using dozens of native oak trees hauled to the building site from the nearby Platte River using horse and buggies.
