Dublin is a New England town in Cheshire County, New Hampshire County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 1,476 at the 2000 census.
Originally granted and named Monadnock # 3 in 1749, the town was incorporated as Dublin in 1771. In 1870 the town of Harrisville, New Hampshire voted to separate from Dublin, leaving the town with only 455 residents during the 1880 census. . The original settlers were Scots colonists. The first census, taken in 1790, reported 901 residents.
