The population was 5,709 at the 2000 census. Within the community of Marilla in the town, located on Two Rod Road is one of the towns oldest stores, The historic Marilla General Store. Marilla is a town in Erie County, New York County, New York, United States. The name of the town is derived from Marilla Rogers, an early school teacher.
