Prescott is a town in central Walla Walla County, Washington Walla County, Washington, United States. Prescott, the general superintendent of the Oregon Railway and Navigation Company after he designated it as the location for the railway's division shops. Prescott was officially incorporated on March 13, 1903. The population was 314 at the 2000 United States Census census.
