Brownsville is a village in Dodge County, Wisconsin County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 570 at the 2000 census.
Brownsville was founded around 1878. It originally had a Factory at the corner of West Avenue and Main Street where Michels Corporation exists today. The Church was located next to the cemetery. Wisconsin Highway 49 runs directly through it.
