As of May 2008, a Home Depot opened for business just north of the community, Located just off the 575 - Sixes road exit, the community is naturally a good spot for business to flourish. Lebanon, Georgia is a community that is now absorbed into Holly Springs, Georgia Springs. While the community is locally known and still referred to as Toonigh, Georgia the community has a post office located in a small strip mall just south of the Georgia Northeastern Railroad that was posted as Lebanon, Georgia. The area is definitely growing with many new apartment complexes, three gas stations off the exit, And even an outlet mall planned for 2009, all within 1 mile of the heart of Lebanon, Ga.
